Drawing on the rich experience of Italian specialists, we are reviving the art of winemaking in a place with unique climatic conditions, where winemaking flourished in ancient times – at the foothills of the Greater Caucasus in the Savalan Valley. After a thorough analysis of the soil and climate carried out by Italian specialists, the vines for the vineyards were provided by Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo , world leader in the production of seedlings. As expected, thanks to daily care, careful manual collection, processing in the most modern plant from Della-Toffola , aging in French oak barrels and constant control in the express laboratory of the new generation, the traditions and skill of Italian technologists are embodied in delicious high-quality wines that we invite you to appreciate.
Vivai company made a great contribution to the work on selecting seedlings Cooperativi Rauschedo Mr. Eugenio Sartori , who noted that our products meet the highest standards, and the quality of the grapes grown even surpasses similar varieties in Europe. Here you will see unique stone architecture and stunning majestic mountains. The population of the village has decreased in recent decades, and in winter only about 30 people live here;
The villagers will be happy to show you around and treat you to tea with delicious jam. You should also try surkhullu made from dried meat - a "signature" dish of the Gakh region. Locals say that in Syrabash it is the most delicious!

But the Heydar Aliyev Center is not only amazing architecture, but also an impressive museum and exhibition complex. Here you will find a variety of permanent and temporary exhibitions, which present the best examples of Azerbaijani and world art and culture.
Among the permanent exhibitions are a museum dedicated to the life and work of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the Mini-Azerbaijan exhibition, where you will see miniature copies of the best historical and architectural landmarks of the country, and even a unique collection of vintage cars.
